Yes — every trip has a $90 minimum regardless of distance. This covers the base fare plus our commitment to professional service on every ride.
Do you charge surge pricing?
Never. Our rates are fixed 24/7/365. Rush hour, late night, holidays — the price you see is always the price you pay.
What is the hourly minimum?
Hourly bookings require a minimum of 3 hours at $75/hr. This is ideal for corporate events, as-directed service, or multi-stop days.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is entirely optional. You can choose 15%, 30%, 50%, or 100% — or none at all. It's your choice, always.
Are airport fees extra?
Yes — a $15 airport fee applies for pickups at DCA, IAD, and BWI to cover parking and terminal access. This is always shown upfront.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Here's exactly what happens if you need to cancel, based on timing.

Gratuity is always refunded in full — regardless of when or why a booking is cancelled. If a ride doesn't take place, there's no service to tip for, so 100% of any gratuity collected is returned.

Airport Transfers — Flight Cancellations

We monitor flight status for all airport rides. Flight delays are handled automatically at no charge — we simply adjust your pickup time. If your flight is actually cancelled by the airline, you're eligible for a full refund of your base fare, provided:

  1. You notify us of the flight cancellation before your scheduled pickup time, and
  2. The cancellation is confirmed to be initiated by the airline — not a change of your own travel plans.

This exception applies only to genuine airline-cancelled flights. Choosing to cancel or change your own plans — even due to a delay or missed connection — falls under the standard tiers above.
